My background is made up of various HR generalist and leadership roles in a number of sectors (including the financial services, transport and professional services sectors). I have lived and worked in four countries and have supplemented my original university education by gaining an MBA and a coaching qualification as well as a certificate in counselling and psychotherapy along the way.
